The control surface's midi input light does show a constant midi input flow from the motu micro lite.
None of the appropriate faders or transport buttons on the control surface are doing anything productive though (or anything at all for that matter). The control surface is inputing midi signals, and logic shows the input of those signals in the transport window. In both the environment, and the control surface setup windows, Logic recognizes the inputs from the control surface. I am NOT using the virtual firewire midi ports because I am trying to save firewire bandwidth for other uses (LiquidMix and Motu 896).
I am using a Motu micro lite 5X5 usb audio interface, and using a Tascam FW-1082 in midi control mode on channel 1.
